Website Terms of Use
These terms cover your use of this website, thegrowthdepartment.ie. They're deliberately plain, because honesty is the whole product.
Important: these terms govern your use of this website only. If you become a client, our work together is governed by a separate written service agreement, nothing on this site forms part of that agreement.
1. Using this site
By using this website you accept these terms. If you don't accept them, please don't use the site. We may update these terms from time to time; the date above tells you when we last did.
2. Content is informational
Everything on this site is general information about our services. It isn't professional advice, and it isn't an offer that binds either of us. Any engagement starts with a conversation and a written agreement, not a web page.
3. Availability
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we can't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or always up to date. We may change or remove content at any time without notice.
4. Intellectual property
The content of this site, text, design, code, graphics and concept designs, belongs to The Growth Department. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse it without our written permission, beyond what's needed to browse the site normally.
The concept pieces in our portfolio are demonstrations of our design work for fictional businesses. They are not client work, and any resemblance to real businesses is coincidental.
5. Acceptable use
When using this site, you agree not to:
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or the systems it runs on;
- use the site to transmit anything unlawful, malicious or misleading;
- use the application form to send spam or automated submissions;
- interfere with the site's operation or other people's use of it.
6. Links to other sites
This site may link to third-party websites. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or how they handle your data. A link isn't an endorsement.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website or its content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that can't be excluded under Irish law.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the Irish courts have jurisdiction over any dispute relating to them.
